Prices shown are preliminary and representative of a build with features, designs and fittings determined by Swelter House LLC. You or your representative will be asked to review and confirm a features list and the final build plans prior to manufacturing. Once we have obtained your final approval, no further changes will be permitted without our written consent.

You agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment terms- A 50% non refundable deposit is required to initiate your order. Swelter House LLC (“SH”) will bill for progress payments throughout the manufacturing process. SH invoices are due upon receipt. Due to the nature of our business, orders are not able to be cancelled and payments are non refundable.

You agree that you are authorized to enter in to this agreement. Credit Card payments are allowed if you agree that you will not contest the charges, and that you will fully indemnify SH, and reimburse SH for any costs or expenses (including attorney fees), that arise out of your payment, or that SH deems necessary to collect funds if they are not collected for any reason.

In some instances SH may accept deposits that represent less than 50% of a typical SH build on any given model chosen. In these instances, you and SH agree that the entire deposit is considered earned upon our receipt of the funds. Earned funds will not be refunded or returned for any reason, and consideration for these payments is not contingent upon any services or products offered, unless otherwise agreed in writing by SH

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, SH liability arising out of this order will never exceed the value of the order placed by SH.
